We have the ambition to become Ireland’s market leader in terms of service quality.

To achieve this goal, we have implemented an experienced customer service organisation, which covers all aspects of our business and all parts of Ireland. Furthermore we have invested into an innovative, cloud computing based customer relationship management system. As from Q1 2012 all our drivers will be assisted by state-of-the-art hand-held devices, which are linked to our customer relationship management system. Enhanced service quality, reduced response times to customer queries and electronic proof-of delivery reports are just a few features, which will benefit our customers.

The advanced washroom hygiene product range “ParadiseLine” is one example of CWS-boco’s ambition to introduce innovative products into Ireland.

The ParadiseLine roller towel dispenser features automatic retraction of each used roller towel portion and of the towel end and delivers more than 100 portions of clean towel from a narrow full length 38m towel. Customers benefit from a significant reduction in roller-towel consumption.

Most of the washroom dispensers are available as a “non-touch” version. Sensors recognise users and dispense a portion of cotton roller towel or soap.

The front panels of the dispensers can be changed and customised to adapt the customer’s washroom design or to convey advertising messages.

With their CWS Paradise Dry Non-Touch Screen, CWS has introduced the world’s first cotton towel dispenser with an integrated 10,4“ TFT-display and an integrated loudspeaker system, bringing advertising clips to the washroom. Depending on the desired setting, clips start to play when the towel is dispensed or even before, thanks to radar-controlled motion detectors.
